Holistic Counselling
Life moves through seasons — some expansive and joyful, others tender, uncertain, or overwhelming. In those moments, we are not meant to navigate alone.
In my counselling work, I offer a compassionate, steady presence where you can feel safe to explore what is truly unfolding in your life. Whether you are moving through anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, our time together is a space for honesty, reflection, and meaningful growth.

My approach is holistic and heart-centered. I believe healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and supported — not judged or analyzed. I gently weave practical tools with intuitive awareness, helping you reconnect with your own resilience, clarity, and inner wisdom.

You may choose to meet with me in a traditional counselling setting, or we can step beyond four walls into more embodied experiences:

Walk & Talk Counselling invites us into nature, where movement and fresh air can soften the nervous system and open space for insight. Walking side by side often makes conversation feel more natural and grounded, while the rhythms of the earth support regulation and perspective.

Equine-Guided Counselling offers the opportunity to work alongside horses — intuitive and deeply attuned animals who respond honestly to our energy. In their presence, patterns become visible, boundaries strengthen, and self-awareness deepens. No horse experience is necessary — simply a willingness to be present.

My intention is not to “fix” you, because you are not broken. My role is to walk beside you as you rediscover your strength, your voice, and your capacity to move through life with greater steadiness and self-trust.
